Warranty:

The warranty is non-transferable and valid only for the original purchaser of an item purchased directly from moderntherapies.co.uk or an authorised re-seller. The warranty period starts on the date the original purchased unit is delivered. 

What does this warranty cover?

The warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the warranty period. During the warranty period, Modern Therapies will replace, at no charge, products that prove defective because of improper material or workmanship under normal use and maintenance.

For the first 30 days, Modern Therapies will be responsible for all shipping costs related to your request. After that, the buyer will be responsible for product shipping charges and related coverage while in transit to Modern Therapies.

What does the warranty not cover?

The warranty does not cover problems caused by damage resulting from negligence, improper maintenance, or modification, nor does it cover theft or loss of the product.

What do you have to do?

To obtain warranty service, contact us at contact@moderntherapies.co.uk to determine the problem and the most appropriate solution.  You may be asked to provide proof of any defects; therefore, you should maintain photos and videos of any alleged defects.



Faulty Products:

All of our products are hand-checked before they are neatly packaged for you. However, if, in the unlikely event, your product is faulty when delivered, we will refund your payment or exchange the product at no cost to you. If you receive a defective product, you must inform us within 10 days of receiving your order by emailing us at contact@moderntherapies.co.uk. 

The item must be returned to us first for inspection and in its original packaging.
