Order Confirmation & Processing

After you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email with your unique order number.

Our team typically processes and dispatches in-stock orders within 24 hours. However, processing may take up to 2–3 business days. During peak times, such as sales or holidays, processing may take 2–4 business days due to high order volumes.

Please note that the estimated shipping time does not include processing time.

If you’ve purchased a sauna or steam tent via presale, please note the following:
