We want you to love your Modern Therapies products. This policy outlines your options for returning items, explains how refunds work, and details what to expect depending on the type of product you have purchased.

Red Light Therapy (RLT) Devices

30-Day Risk-Free Trial

We offer a 30-day risk-free trial on all RLT devices. The trial starts from the day you receive the item.

If you are not completely satisfied, please contact us within 30 days to initiate a return.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a refund:

  • The product must be in original packaging and resalable condition

  • All parts and accessories must be included

  • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility

After 30 Days

Returns requested after 30 days are subject to a 10% restocking fee. Items returned in unsellable condition may be refused or subject to additional deductions.

Other Terms

  • Refused packages may incur additional deductions

  • Shipping costs, duties, and taxes are non-refundable

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Modern Therapies do not cover return shipping

 


 

Sauna & Steam Tent (Presale Product)

Eligibility for Returns

To return a sauna, the following conditions must be met:

  • Item must be unused and in new condition

  • Item must be returned in the original packaging with all parts included

  • You must contact us within 10 days of receiving the order to report any issues

Return Process

  1. Email contact@moderntherapies.co.uk with your order details and photos of the product (to confirm condition)

  2. Await confirmation and return instructions from our team

  3. Once received and inspected, we will notify you of your refund status

Important Notes

  • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility

  • All sauna returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee

  • Refunds will not be approved for used saunas or products damaged by the customer

  • We reserve the right to reject returns that show signs of use or damage

Damages & Faults

If your sauna arrives damaged or with missing parts:

  • You must contact us within 10 days of delivery

  • Only faults affecting function qualify for replacement

  • Cosmetic issues or minor wear and tear are not covered

Warranty

Saunas include a 1-year limited warranty covering structural or manufacturer defects. This warranty does not cover accidental damage, misuse, or inflatables.

Only one replacement per order is permitted.

 


 

Cancellations

We process orders quickly to minimise wait times. If you would like to cancel an order, please contact us immediately. Once an order has entered processing, cancellation is not guaranteed.

 


 

Shipping Times for Returns/Replacements

All approved returns or replacement items will be shipped via standard post. Shipping times vary by location.

 


 

Duties & Taxes

If duties or taxes apply to an exchange or return, the customer is responsible for covering those costs. These are non-refundable.
